AND SO IT BEGINS...

May 25, 2010

Well here I am...11:17 pm the night before the big trip. Tonight has been a whirl of picking out what clothes to pack, fitting in last minute cravings (like good Mexican food), and trying to make sure I don't forget anything!!

I couldn't be more excited to be going to Paris and Annecy!! Paris is pretty self-explanatory...It's Paris!! With amazing museums and fantastic buildings and history, it's easy to be overly excited for Paris itself with all the little cafes and need I say it...THE SHOPPING!! As the nerdy English Major that I am, I can't wait to go and sit at a cafe and just sit and write. (Don't expect anything great...I'm no Hemingway or Wilde!!)

But I am also so excited to visit Annecy. (If you haven't looked it up yet...Google it!!) It is a beautiful town about 40 km (25ish miles) from Geneva, Switzerland.

Well that's all I have for now!!

  5. So it must be such a "Grande Adventure" that you don't have time to write about it. That...or...we are wasting our money, it's not that "Grande", and you have nothing to write about. :(

just kidding! We love and miss you!
